  Agree with the other comments here, the queue is always out the door! The staff there seem pretty uninterested in doing the job and whoever looks after parcel delivery often doesn't attempt delivery. I have been home and still received the red slip in the mailbox which means I have to waste time lining up usually on a Saturday morning. Other couriers have managed delivery without any issues.

  Worst post office in Perth they sent me to Baldivis to pick up a parcel and when I got there they told me to go back to Kwinana because the mail man made a mistake. Little do they know that these documents being late have cost me more than they can imagine.

  If there was an option for 0 Stars... Without question the worst service I've know EVER. My wife said "Maybe it's because of the people that go in there" (Notice she didn't disagree). I said yes that is possible its the same chances as The Loch Ness Monster, Fake moon landings and Elvis in MacDonald.

  I've seriously thought about not collecting mail and just lose it other than having to pick it up from "there". I seriously have not had one good interaction, all staff are stone faced, lack any care and i actually feel like they are trying to be apathetic. What it boils down to as always is bad management, or lack of any.
