  Shockingly rude. Couldn't place an order online as website would not register my address. Calling the hotline didn't help as they couldn't do it either so they put me through to the branch directly upon which I found the knox branch couldn't understand me properly. I had to keep repeating my address and suburb over and over again when it was just a 3 minute delivery away. In addition he wouldn't accept my code as he said it was for online use only even though I explained I had tried to do it online and the hotline person couldn't key in the address either. He shouted that he can't help. Seriously get your act together. Your website doesn't work properly and you just stressed me out over something which is supposed to be so simple. In the end I called Dominoes which were hassle free, prompt and polite! Never ever again Pizza Hut Knox!!!!

  I've ordered from this store twice (delivery) and both times it's either taken well over an hour to deliver or hasn't come at all. The number they list on their site for Kwinana is either wrong or the store does not pick up the phone.

  Like Pizza Hut compared to Domino's Pizza, prices seem to be better and from one experience I had a pizza from Domino's it was the fastest pizza delivery I ever had 10 minutes, but the Pizza was not the best. The driver looked at me as if he was expecting a tip....really?
